Agree, they are so easy and quite filling. I love the crunchy crunchy bites.

This was brilliant! And also you read my mind, I have been buying so many greens to prepare salads so when I saw you wrote about this it felt like a sign. Would you consider a series on how to make the perfect salad? Like which flavors to incorporate and how to balance crunch/acidity/texture/etc?

How wonderful, Sri! So glad this is giving you an idea for making something with ingredients you are already buying (this is essentially what motivates my Substack!).

I like your idea of a series! I might start compiling some posts as I create and eat more salads this spring and summer. One odd thing about me though is that I'm not a big salad dressing person. I often enjoy my salads dry or dressed with just lemon and salt. But let's see how it goes! Thank you for this idea.

Thank you for this inspo! I've been getting so fatigued with my usual workday lunches and this kind of chopped salad sounds delightful.

I am so glad to have provided some inspo and an idea! That's the main reason why I write my food stories. Thank you for sharing this, you've made my day! :)

I've been surprised at how well this keeps in the fridge so I can enjoy it for several servings for a day or two. And it's customizable for whatever you've got. The other day I added some broccoli and edamame to it. So good! I am now experimenting with a dressing of Greek Yogurt + Ranch Seasoning to see if I like that version.
