Yes, even I was amazed at learning about these beans and when I made that table, my jaw also dropped! I'm so glad black soybeans exist and can be an option for tasty dishes like this.
I do think the pressure cooker would've brought the texture of these beans closer to Rajma. I am missing my kitchen and my pressure cooker in the US!! Once I'm reunited with it, I'll be testing out this hunch.
