Thanks for the shout Andee! I must say that I agree with you on the taste of protein powder. I try to like it but I just tend to hide it beneath other ingredients.
I always bake with protein powder, and banana bread is a personal favorite. Unfortunately, my prior attempts to make a high protein banana bread taste good have been futile...I am eying my overripe bananas in anticipation of trying your recipe!

The one feedback I got was that the edge pieces had slightly overdone crust where the protein powder infused a bitter taste…hopefully you can avoid that.

I've tried to like it and have just given up, I rarely consume it. For the sake of my palate, I'll stick to natural sources of protein.
